I’m Tijn Strikker, an entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses and helping people grow their capital. Over the past years, I’ve successfully combined my background in e-commerce, real estate, and property management into what today has become Casa Capital.
My journey started with Amazon FBA, where I supported over 600 entrepreneurs in launching and scaling online businesses. Alongside my own Amazon stores, I founded a marketing agency during the COVID-19 crisis, which boosted the presence of major companies like Philips on Amazon. This experience gave me a deep understanding of digital business, investments, and building long-term value.

From Amsterdam to Costa Blanca
Before moving to Spain, my girlfriend Fernanda founded Cleaning with Meaning, one of Amsterdam’s most respected cleaning companies. Today, she is still running it successfull and it continues to grow, served more than 1,000 clients with spotless results and 5-star service.
Bringing that same mindset to Spain, we combined our expertise in real estate, cleaning, and hospitality to build Casa Capital. Our foundation of Dutch quality and precision is paired with Spanish expertise and local knowledge.

My personal passion for real estate started in Amsterdam and grew when I moved to Costa Blanca. After purchasing my own new build property in Orihuela Costa, I saw first-hand the potential for investment and rental success in this region. With Casa Capital, I now help dozens of property owners maximize their rental income and enjoy peace of mind. Our services range from Rent Ready setups and 5-star cleaning operations to property sales and consultancy for international investors.

Living the Dream in Spain
Like many Northern Europeans, I realized that 30 sunny days in the Netherlands can’t compare to 300 days of sun in Costa Blanca. Moving here made me happier, healthier, and more motivated than ever. I’ve lived in both Costa Blanca North and South, and I can confidently say both regions are beautiful places to live and invest.
Now, I’m here to help others make that same dream a reality, whether it’s buying a home, renting out with peace of mind, or building long-term wealth.
